This private residence was set on the eastern edge of a natural forest on a relatively flat site to the west of Moscow.

The villa is formal and neoclassical in concept and contains family living and entertainment accommodation on the first floor including a swimming pool, private family bedroom suites on the second floor and, in the basement, saunas and leisure baths, staff rooms and garaging.

The guest and security accommodation has been provided in a separate building but is linked to the main building by a swimming pool, leisure complex and basement.

The building is comprised of a reinforced concrete structure and steel framed roof clad in stone. The main entrance incorporates feature stairs and large vaulted roof light.
