Oliver Sweeney

Fluid Structures worked with architects Urban Salon on the design of the new facade for Oliver Sweeney in Manchester.

The Facade is one of the first of its kind and leaves the shop front free of conventional mullions or glass fins, dramatically increasing visibility into the store.

The facade glass is propped by horizontal rods and the lower sections are framed by a horizontal transom which is supported by wind posts each end and cantilever posts each side of the entrance.
