The existing buildings were originally built as Victorian town houses and were subsequently used as offices, undergoing a major refurbishment in the late 1990’s.

The new proposal is for a hotel which will consist of 4 and 5 star luxury accommodation. It will include progressive and subtle design elements and sophisticated mood lighting. The interior courtyards will become “oasis pockets” within the heart of the city and new thermally and acoustic efficient improved windows will be installed to all guest rooms.
