Training for Graduates

Whether you are with us as an intern or for a permanent position, we understand that career development is an important part when it comes to choosing a job. Several of the staff have taught and lectured at universities around the UK and are well placed to mentor younger recruits. As their knowledge and understanding grows, they will be given opportunities to work on a wider range or more in-depth projects.

As a practice that is keen to champion new ideas, we also encourage employees to continue to learn and develop through regular CPD's, in-house events and we encourage and foster their interests in specific areas.

Throughout your time at Fluid, we adhere to an Equal Opportunities Policy and we believe that it is in the best interest if its employees to promote people on the basis of their ability, enthusiasm and hard work.

The practice actively encourages graduates to sit their chartership engineering examinations in both structures and civils. The office runs a support group to encourage and inform the staff abetting their preparation for the chartership exams.
