The project has involved the marrying of two existing signs on the famous Piccadilly Circus site. The signs utilise the latest LED technology to provide motion picture advertising. The LED modules were supported on a structural steel grid. In order to avoid problems with the picture quality, the steel was installed to a tolerance of 1 mm in 6 metres. This was achieved by designing bolted steel connections that could be adjusted in 3 directions.
