The project involves the construction of a new three-storey house in Hampstead. The structure consists of timber floors supported on a steel frame with an infill masonry perimeter skin. The external walls are clad in insulation and render. At the front, a tensioned phosphor bronze double screen provided shading and security whilst also acting as a trellise for planting.
