The proposed work involves the fit-out of a three storey basement, levels 4,5 and 6 and level 14 of this landmark office building in the city. Our work involved the design for installation of new plant and equipment, partition walls and mezzanine floor for our client who is taking in excess of 100,000 ft of floor space.
