Fluid Structures were appointed by Howard de Walden Estates, one of central London's most prestigious landlords to assist in the multimillion pound extension and conversion of these commercial and residential premises in London W1. Located close to Harley Street, the majority of the buildings are being fundamentally restructured to suit the requirements of a new private hospital, whilst the smaller part adjacent is currently being extended at roof level to provide additional accommodation.
