A project for the London Borough of Waltham Forest that will provide nursery and community facilities with associated parking and play areas. The project is also monitored by the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment and has been subject to public consultation. The building will include creche, nursery, let-able community hall, meeting rooms, informal drop area, computer/work room, office space, toilets/changing rooms and kitchen.
