Extensive refurbishment of a six-storey Victorian building on Marylebone High Street. The buildings comprise basement and ground floor retail units with residential apartments at first, second, third and fourth floor level. Structural works included major alterations to the floor plates and formation of large openings in the existing load bearing party walls between retail units. In addition, a new foruth floor was added above No.s 87 and 88.
