The practice was commissioned by two separate clients to work on the refurbishment of two, 20 and 21 Kensington park Gardens. The houses are both Grade II listed and were subject to planning approvals and permissions to be granted by the local conservation office.
In both cases the alterations were carried out on the basis of preserving as much as possible of the original building fabric.
The work included creating new openings, making amendments to the internal spatial layouts and in one case replacing an additional floor which had been added in the 1970's.
