The project involves the construction of a new build nine-storey residential block plus basement level car parking:

The site is located in north London adjacent to Barrow Hill Reservoir and has a significant number of Thames Water services crossing the site.

The substructure design requires a consideration of the existing services, ring mains, etc and the justification that the proposed works will not adversely affect the existing services.

The intention is to provide in excess of 100,000 square foot of residential accommodation. The building will be visually permeable and articulated into distinct elements to reduce the impression of height and bulk. It will also be informed by the need to meet the requirements of sunlight and daylight studies.
