The project involves the construction of a twenty-one storey student accommodation block plus a basement level car park in Birmingham.
It is envisaged that a 5 metre structural grid will be adopted and this will require a 200mm thick concrete slab with concrete wall supports on the grid.
The transfer structure at ground level will involve breaking the grid to provide greater clear spins to accommodate retail provision.
