This project involved the construction of a flagship seven-storey building in Central London (adjacent to Selfridges) for Reiss Retail Ltd. The building consists of a concrete flat slab frame with exposed soffits and circular columns. The project also involves the retention of an existing Victoran facade on Picton Place. Fluid Structures were also engaged to act as facade Engineers and were instrumental in the design of the double facade with an external acrylic cladding system fixed with bespoke restraints.
