As part of the redevelopment of Elephant and Castle for Southwark Council, we were appointed as the Structural Engineers to create a new public space and link interface between two existing estates at Tykes Corner, in South London. The proposal is for a new two storey building to create a clear functional relationship between the two existing areas, which will complement internal activities as well as improve the quality of the outdoor useable space.

Project cost: £1.4 million
