A structural glass staircase for a private residence in North London.

The Glass treads are supported on a toughened glass stringer at the half landing level. The project involved the design of a new staircase from basement level to ground level at the rear of the property adjacent to the back wall. The stair consists of glass treads spanning between the ply lined well walls and a timber stud spine wall. The treads are also supported on a laminated glass beam at half landing level which a glass balsutrade in that of it spanning between walls.
